I believe feeling good in your body has a huge impact on your quality of life. As an RMT, my goal is to help you move with less pain, recover from injury, and get back to doing the things that matter most to you. My treatments are rehabilitation-focused and combine manual therapy, stretching, fascial techniques, and joint mobilizations to support your recovery while keeping your comfort a priority.
I enjoy working with athletes and active individuals, busy professionals, and anyone dealing with chronic pain or injuries. Whether you’re training for your next event, spending long hours at a desk, or simply feeling the effects of everyday life, each treatment is tailored to your individual goals.
Creating a space where you feel comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for is important to me. I take the time to understand what’s bringing you in so we can work together to address the root of the problem while still providing a treatment that’s both effective and relaxing.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me at the gym or spending time outdoors, surrounded by nature. I believe our bodies are meant to move, and there’s nothing more rewarding than helping people feel stronger, move more freely, and get back to the activities that matter most to them.
I look forward to meeting you and being part of your recovery!
